Newhaven Research staff adhere to the RESPECT code of practice for socioeconomic research, and all work undertaken by Newhaven Research Limited as sole, main, or subcontractor is required to meet this code of practice in full. In summary, the code ensures that:
- Scientific standards are met and upheld through all research work conducted
- All research work undertaken is fully compliant with legal requirements, including (but not restricted to) data protection requirements
- All work recognises and respects the intellectual property of other people and organisations
- All research undertaken is for the benefit of society, and avoids social harm to specific groups and individuals
